My prior experiences to technology have been a intro to technology class my freshman year of High-School, which was required. We learned how to use multiple programs on a dell computer, including excel. I was taught how to use power point and made many projects throughout the year with that program. I use technology every day from my mac computer to my cellphone. I'm pretty good at figuring out new technologies but not all of its programs.
I am hoping to learn about excel and different gadgets on the computer that I have no discovered on my own. I want to become more clear on how to use shortcuts on computer programs and become comfortable using them. I also have never used a blog before, so I want to know all the features of a blog and how to use one more frequently.
What I have learned in the questionnaire results was that for two of the categories I am balanced on two different dimensions of that scale. For the other half of the results I am on one side of the dimension of teaching styles. I prefer a teacher to show and explain steps on how to solve a problem. I am more of a visual learner so I can repeat the steps given and practice frequently. I enjoy learning about facts and realistic ideas rather than theories.
I'm very glad to see how you start your blog here, Ashley. Week2, we are going to more learn about OS, Windows, and short cuts that you want to learn. :)
